Lots of doodles

I was too lazy to post more stuff in August. D: But I did do a bunch of doodles. Here are some quick sketches:

This is the very first WIP I did for a commissioned piece. I did 2 rough sketch layers for the characters, this is already the 3rd lineart layer. Actually, I think this is the first time I succeeded at drawing 3 sitting characters next to each other without using references. XD;

Little Vincent from Pandora Hearts. I dunno where this style came from, hahaha. Just wanted to upload this, cuz I think it's funny for some reason.

Quick sketch of Jizabel/Jezebel Disraeli from Hakushaku Cain + Godchild. I'd like to do some good fanart of him one day, he's my fave character from that series.

Just having fun with random expressions and faces and stuff. Random characters.

This is my OC, Alec's nameless older brother. I created him around 2005, but he wasn't a very important character, so I didn't really care about him. Lately, I decided to redesign him and now he's starting to look like a cliché villain, yay...

This one sucks, haha. It's supposed to be Break from Pandora Hearts. I once saw a fanart of an anime character tied to a bed like this and I've been wanting to draw something similar since then. XD I didn't draw his seal, cuz I was too lazy to look up references and it's just a doodle anyway. I wanted to put Sharon's shadow or something there, but it sucked. XD;

Xerxes Break again. Very fast sketch, that turned out relatively well.

Lol. I found the translation of "Vincent's Gilbert observation diary" (an extra thingy from the manga guidebook) a while ago and the first entry started like this: "Gilbert drank a lot again tonight..." I had to draw something, ahaha. XDD Their arms are probably weird, but I kinda like this sketch anyway.

Ok, that was quite a lot. Maybe I should update this blog more often~

More PH again...

The reason I haven't been updating this blog that much lately is that I haven't been doing too many new sketches, I either just finished old stuff or posted on deviantART right away. But I did some more Pandora Hearts doodles! 8D (Geez, I'm seriously obsessed. Like... never before. Even my FMA obsession wasn't this intense.)

Elliot and Leo. To tell the truth, when these two first appeared in the story, I thought they were sort of cliché and uninteresting, but later on, they proved that they were amazing too.

XDDD Lolwut. This is Alice about to bite Gil's ear. I cracked up when Alice was chasing Gilbert in chapter 62 and I wanted to draw Gil with a stupid expression, so this quick doodle was born.

Finally, here's a sketch I made in February. I just refined it and slapped some colours on it yesterday. Originally, it was not going to be Gil, but then I was like "fffff why not?". I don't really like this because there seems to be something off about his face and I can't make the hair look right when I draw characters lying down. Also, the full picture is bigger, but I think his arms turned out a bit short. Meh.

Okay, now that I did some quick doodles, I can go back to work on my next big pic! Yay~~~

Spring is here!

Today was officially the first day of spring! The blackbirds sing in the mornings, so cute. Today, I woke up at about 1:30 am. And I couldn't fall back asleep. I managed to fall asleep at around 3 am, but then I got up at 4:30. The moon was just above the neighbouring house and it was so big and orange. O___o I've been on my period since Friday night / Saturday morning and it made me feel awful. Although period = new Pandora Hearts chapter lately. 8D
So, a few quick drawings:

This is my take on someone else's character. He probably doesn't look like himself, but he was fun to draw.

Elliot from Pandora Hearts. I drew this now in a few minutes. It kinda sucks, I hate his face. The latest few chapters were... powerful. I adore this headhunter arc. I think the mangaka tortures poor Elliot way too much, though. He didn't deserve to end up like this! D:

Ok, I think my inspiration is finally coming back. Tomorrow, I'll try to draw as much as I can!
